2027 Great Lakes Damage Prevention Conference & Expo is a free conference provided to safety and damage prevention professionals February 11-12, 2027 at the DeVos Place Conference Center. We are interested in seeing what the cost would be to have this at our conference. We are a non-profit organization that provides this event on an annual basis. We are hosting a fall fest carnival at Starr Elementary for the kids. I got to experience this with my son at the Saint Joesph County Grange fair last week.

We are looking for a quote for a one-week booking in 2027. Our specific dates aren't fully locked down yet, but I am currently planning our budget for next year. We are hoping to refresh the free entertainment lineup for our youth fair and would love to discuss options. Hello! We are a blueberry farm in Holland and we host a pumpkin fest in the fall. I like to offer a fun activity to encourage people to bring their families out to buy pumpkins and shop at our farm market. This is a free event open to the public.

Anniversary 6+ friends

This event is for guys from our church. We average 30-35 men on the fourth Thursday each month and have had as many as 60. We meet from 6-8pm but would like to request that you come for two hours from 5-7pm and we will eat dinner during that time as well. This event will take place at my home, weather permitting. If there’s wet weather we will meet at Christ Memorial Church and there will be space for your trailer to be “under roof”.

The Labor Day Truck Parade and Ice Cream Social - located at the Holland Civic Center on Labor Day. Approx 9:00am - 12:00pm.

We are hosting a Safety Fair for Holland BPW staff, as well as employees from the City of Holland and Zeeland BPW. The fair runs from 11:00 to 1:30 and is located at 625 Hastings Ave. Holland, MI 49423. I know it's short notice, but is this something your team would be able to participate in? Not sure if you are able to put a safety focused spin on the experience or not, but I feel like our staff would have a lot of fun with this.

Hello! My name is Ashley Day and I am the Education and Visitor Programs Specialist for Holland Board of Public Works. We are holding a touch-a-truck community event on July 17th and are featuring community partners like Holland Fire, PD, and our own BPW vehicles. I've seen your Dirtlab on Facebook and would love more information regarding pricing and availability. Our event runs from 12-2pm and we expect about 200 people, mostly families with kids, to register, and we will likely take walk-ins if our capacity allows it. The event will take place at Holland Energy Park, our power plant on Chicago Dr. We have a Visitor Center inside and will have trucks out in our parking lot. Can you let me know what the pricing would be to add Dirtlab to this event and if that you are able to accommodate that many people!
